面试攻略：主动出击无论你是一个多么高明的求职老手，对于自己"钟情"单位的面试，虽表面能从容不迫、侃侃而答，但内心仍是步步为营、小心谨慎。其实，只要掌握一些看似微不足道的"细节"，你就能潇洒自如，维持面试的良好气氛。善于打破沉默面试开始时，应试者不善"破冰"（英文直译即打破沉默），而等待面试官打开话匣。面试中，应试者又出于种种顾虑，不愿主动说话，结果使面试出现冷场。即便能勉强打破沉默，语音语调亦极其生硬，使场面更显尴尬。实际上，无论是面试前或面试中，面试者主动致意与交谈，会留给面试官热情和善于与人交谈的良好印象。保持积极应答状态面试官常常会提出或触及一些让应试者难为情的事情。很多人对此面红耳赤，或躲躲闪闪，或撒谎敷衍，而不是诚实作答、正面解释。比如面试官问：你为什么5年中换了3次工作？有人可能就会大谈工作如何困难，上级不支持等，而不是告诉面试官：从事不同的工作，丰富了我的知识面，自己也因此学到了许多，也成熟了很多。善于向面试官提问有些人在不该提问时提问，如面试中打断面试官的谈话而提问。也有些人面试前对提问没有足够准备，轮到有提问机会时不知说什么好。而事实上，一个好的提问，胜过简历中的无数笔墨，会让面试官刮目相看。勿与面试官过分"套近乎"具备一定专业素养的面试官是忌讳与应试者套近乎的，因为面试中双方关系过于随便或过于紧张都会影响面试官的评判。过分"套近乎"亦会在客观上妨碍应试者在短短的面试时间内，做好专业经验与技能的陈述。聪明的应试者可以列举一至两件有根有据的事情来赞扬招聘单位，从而表现出您对这家公司的兴趣。面试结束巧妙收场很多求职应试者面试结束时，因成功的兴奋，或因失败的恐惧，会语无伦次、手足无措。其实，面试结束时，应试者不妨表达您对应聘职位的理解，充满热情地告诉面试者您对此职位感兴趣，并询问下一步是什么；面带微笑和面试官握手并谢谢面试官的接待及对您的考虑。

努力表现自己在面试中讲话内容固然重要，但考官们会更多地注意你说话的方式和举止，并且为了判定你是否适合这个工作，考官们还会考察你能否和该公司融为一体。面试过程中始终表现出你的热情，不要轻易放弃努力。在面试前与考官握手，微笑着直视他的眼睛。面试结束后，也要与他握手道别。轻松自如地坐在椅子上，但不要使身子深陷在椅子里。除非坐在柔软的椅子或沙发上，也不要坐得太远，这样会给考官疏远的感觉。即使你认为事情进展顺利，也不要表现得太悠然自得。即使你会抽烟，在这种场合也不宜抽烟。不要在这种场合开玩笑，避免不适合这种场合的玩笑和幽默。在面试开始前就拿出随身携带的钢笔和记事本，记录下整个面试过程中的要点，尤其要对细节问题感兴趣并给予重视。如果在面试过程中，考官接到一个电话，在他接听电话几分钟后，你可以从自己的公文包中拿出一篇材料阅读。这使你看上去很聪明，并且能体现出你的时间观念很强，更重要的是考官可以在没有监视的感觉下更好地处理那个电话。

面试中常见的一些问题你为什么喜欢这份工作？你为什么要辞退原来的工作？为什么你被原单位辞退了？在过去的工作中哪一段经历是你最感自豪的？你有哪些优点和缺点？你有着与这份工作不同的工作经验或没有任何工作经验，那么你又如何来做这个工作呢？我们为什么要雇用你？你还有什么其它兴趣爱好？在面试过程中要仔细地聆听、观察、判断考官喜欢什么样的回答。有的人喜欢听工作经历中的实例，有的人希望知道你工作的能力，有的人希望你做简单的自我介绍，有的人则喜欢听你做详尽的阐述。尽可能从考官的言谈举止中发现什么是他们喜欢的回答，然后投其所好，准确地回答这些或类似的问题。

面试时的应答技巧应答是面试的主要形式。高明的应答技巧能提高面试成绩而获得胜利。

1、有问必答。不管是什么问题，都要作出回答。这是最基本的原则。

2、坦率真诚。有些涉及到专业性很强的问题，而你又确实不懂，你就坦率承认。

3、侧面回答。有些问题要想正面回答等于是否定自己，因此要设法将可能否定自己的话，转化成肯定自己的话。

4、反戈一击。有些问题太过刁钻，而且实在无法回答，不妨反戈一击，反问对方，也能起到意想不到的效果。5、大题小作。考官有时会问一些"很大"的题目，你必须"小"作，不要没选择地没目的地说。一般技巧是围绕你应聘的职位来谈。面试难题应答实例对面试难题回答的原则技巧是：避其锋芒；转移话锋；暗渡陈仓；避重就轻。其中关键是：要变被动为主动，把问题转向可以主动操纵的方面来。

技巧：暗渡陈仓：极其巧妙不露痕迹地赞扬了该企业。

问题2：原单位为何解雇你？建议答案：不是解雇，是我辞职。因为我认为原单位任人唯亲，我不想在那里虚度光阴。

技巧：转移话锋：引出别的话题。

问题3：原单位在规模、声誉、效益、待遇远胜于我们，你为何要来我们这里？建议答案：一个人的价值不仅仅体现在工资待遇上，一个人的成功靠的不是树大好乘凉，只要有用武之地，不管在什么地方都能体现自己的价值和成功。

技巧：避其锋芒：未直接回答，却表明自己的自信和抱负。

问题4：你的缺点是什么？建议答案：我有很多缺点，但我相信我的一些缺点不会影响自己的优点。

技巧：避重就轻：表现充分的自信。——哪些人不受职场欢迎鲨鱼型：自以为是，自我感觉良好，不愿与人合作。这样的人如果再一意孤行，势必使自己孤立，容易被倡导"团队精神"的职业社会所抛弃。

古董型：墨守成规，不愿意甚至拒绝任何新鲜事物，陈腐发迂。这种不能主动适应变化着的时代的人只有死路一条。

机器型：发个指令，揿动按钮才会动一动，缺少积极主动精神。想一想瞬息万变的社会愿意要这样的人吗？喇叭型：只喊不做，或雷声大雨点小，同那些"少说多做"的实干家相比，在竞争中更容易失去机会。

狐狸型：未来社会需要真正的实干家而非阴谋家。智慧与品德的结合，才会天下无敌。

迟缓型：在市场竞争中，那些动作迟缓，办事效率低下的人，将毫无疑问地被竞争大潮所淹没。

多病型：弄坏身体既是自己的损失，也给集体添麻烦，此事千万不可掉以轻心。

薪水谈判九要点认真对照：根据你自己的人际网络确定自己市值几何？组织思想：将你的要求详细列出来：薪酬、保险、职衔、休假，如果你认为合适，还可以加上停车位、旅游补贴、专业书籍等等。只说范围：譬如说，要求薪水在2014-5000元之间，瞄准中位数。提前打算：如果第一次面试未能获得满足，可在面试之后提出将来加薪的要求。战略考虑：弄清楚最理想的情形是什么，能够接受的条件是什么。要力争得到你想要的东西，但在次重要的问题上做好让步的准备。积极主动：记住你和雇主都企图从这次谈判中获得满意的结果。开诚布公：一开始就把所有要点拿上桌面。

从容镇定：为自己争取详加考虑的时间，向人显示你的兴趣，告诉对方你会在一天时间内给出答复。薪资条款：协商清楚所有聘请的条款—-基本责任、薪水以及各项备注。

面试从你接到电话通知的那一刻就已经开始了。也许是等待就业的心情比较迫切吧，我在通知有资格参加下一轮面试的面试者时，一般从电话另一头听到的都是一些浮躁的声音，这里摘了一点我们的对话：

“喂”

“喂，您好，请问是xxx先生么？”

“你是谁啊？”（当时，我的心里已经不高兴了，但是不会表露出来）“我是xx公司的，请问您参加了我们公司的招聘吗？”

“哪个公司”（肯定是撒大网了）“我们把您的面试时间安排在了明天的xxx，地点在xxx”

“我记一下，你们是什么公司？”（oh，my god!）……

这样我就会把我的看法写在他(她)的简历上，供明天面试的时候参考，影响可想而知!

由此可知，主考官对应聘者的考察是全面而具体的。

应聘者“研究主考官”，这里所说的“研究”是要试想一下主考官会从那些方面来考察、评价面试者。综合起来，有以下几个方面：

主考官可能会先评价一个应聘者的衣着、外表、仪态和行为举止。

主考官会对应聘者的专业知识、口才、谈话技巧做整体的考核。

主考官可能会从面谈中来了解应聘者的性格和人际关系，并从谈话过程中了解应聘者的情绪状况以及人格成熟的程度。

主考官会在面试时，观察应聘者对工作的热情程度和责任心，了解应聘者的人生的理想、抱负和上进心。

以上几点主要是说，电话面试的时候注意礼貌，不要太浮躁，说话的时候尽量慢条斯理的，这样对方会感觉你这个人比较稳重，然后你在把你的情况说一下，比如你学的专业，一些特长和兴趣爱好等。
