第一篇：楚天技能名师 工作总结(医学类)
教书育人孜孜不倦终无悔
寓教于乐乐在其中吾自知
湖北教育厅为全面提升我省高等职业教师的整体水平，打造一支高素质的教师队伍，促进教师的专业化发展，启动了“楚天技能名师建设工程”。2014年，我非常荣幸地被聘为湖北省“楚天技能名师”。一年来，我深知肩上责任之重，行为上要为人师表，来不得半点虚伪，业务上要精益求精，容不得半点虚假，既要在附属医院承担临床及管理工作，又要在学校做好教书育人事业。回顾一年来的日子，是忙碌、是充实、是欣慰、是反思，有很多值得总结与提高的地方，现将一年来的教学工作总结如下：
一、 以德育人，培养准医师大爱心
医学院校是培养“准医师”的神圣殿堂，从这里走出的绝大多数医学生都会把“治病救人”作为自己毕生的职业。现代医学大师，我国外科鼻祖裘法祖曾经说过“德不近佛不为医”，讲的就是医生（医学生）要有崇高的医德。在日常的教学工作中，我总是把“德育”放在育人第一位，在与学生共同交流的时刻，我时常列举古今中外大量生动的以治病救人为第一位的事例来教育学生，在他们心中播下“希波克拉底誓言”的种子，让他们在今后的职业生涯中不致于迷失医学的方向。实验证明，这种教育模式取得的成果是有目共睹的，不少学生在私下跟我谈心的时候都流露出要做“德艺双馨”医生的想法，这让我看到了我国医疗事业的希望。
二、 以才教人，扎实医学生基本功
作为一名准医生，既要有立志救人的夙愿，又要有能胜任救人的技能。我在临床工作多年，对内科常见疾病的诊疗掌握了较为丰富的临床经验，这与我承担的教学任务（担任临床医学专业《常见内科疾病诊疗》教学工作）是相符的。我在理论教学过程中结合我掌握的病例对学生进行授课，很受学生欢迎，并在课堂上留出时间让学生提出
疑问，我结合病例进行解答，这种生动的教学模式让枯燥乏味的理论课变得实际又生动，学生掌握知识很快，也不易忘记，务实了学生学习理论的基础。
此外，我充分利用在医院工作的便利条件，接受临床医学专业学生在临床短期见习，让他们在实践中学习，初步熟悉掌握医院的诊疗流程，这对他们今后职业生涯的设计有着一定的影响力。
在专业建设方面，我指导了临床医学专业第三轮人才培养方案的修订，让学生的培训更能学到东西，更能贴近实际，更能加快成长，指导了《临床诊断技能》课程大纲的修订，让其他同事也能从中受益。
在课程建设方面，我指导并参与省级精品课程《临床诊断技能》的进一步完善工作，为《临床诊断技能》申报省级精品资源共享课程和国家级精品课程打下了坚实的基础，指导了临床医学专业（全科方向）校本教材《全科医学概要》的编写工作。
三、 以言导行，学术讲座获好评
在注重理论联系实际教学的同时，我应学生和老师的要求，为毕业生举办两场学术讲座，第一场是以“职业医生”为主题，主讲以医生为职业面临的酸甜苦辣、收获的神圣使命感、对人性的锤炼和人生价值的追求都是其他行业不可比拟的，坚定了医学生矢志从医的信心。第二场以“临床误诊概论”为主体，主讲在临床诊疗中比较经典的疑难杂症的诊断，从某一症状开始抽丝剥茧，中间经历些许曲折与困难，经过团队合作会诊启发新思维，最终让疾病诊断水落石出的过程就如一部跌宕起伏的悬疑剧，使人油然而生一种成就感和满足感，从而启发医学生们明白一个道理——一种疾病的诊断需要询证医学来支持，即使是医学大师们也会走弯路，当面对一个模凌两可的症状时，需要的是更多的证据支持和他人的帮助。这两场讲座都得到了参与学生、老师的好评，也为老师们今后的教学实践提供了一定的帮助。
四、 以身示范，师资队伍同提高
按照学校师资队伍建设规划和“双师”结构，“双师”素质建设要求，我利用楚天技能名师的影响力加强了临床内科教研的师资队伍建设，和团队其他老师磋商专业理论知识和教学理念。他们常年接触
课本，理论知识很丰富，教学经验也很丰富，我善于取长补短，运用我在临床工作掌握的实际经验，和他们共同提高。
另一方面，我积极为院校合作搭建平台，安排医院正高职称、有一定临床经验的医师到学校与老师进行交流，补充他们的专业知识，同时学校也安排了3名临床专业教师到医院临床上班，其中本人带教2名。
此外，我积极参与医疗系的教研活动，每学期争取不定期方式听其他老师讲课，课后与他们及时反馈交流，毫无保留地将自己的专业知识、临床经验奉献给同行们。对青年教师采取了“一对一”的方法进行传帮带，缩短他们的成长周期。
“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”，这就是我一年来工作的真实写照，也是我作为一名临床医学教师毕生追求的梦想。作为楚天名师，我深感光荣，也深感责任重大，我将以永不停息的姿态加强学习，立足提升，不断创新，争做教学领头雁，争当实践排头兵，发挥名师的水平，为临床医学教育事业作出新的贡献！
